Startup Africa Summit is a disruptive event designed to bring together entrepreneurs, startup founders, investors, ecosystem leaders from Morocco, Africa and abroad.


The Summit is the first-of-its-kind in Morocco, that helps entrepreneurs to cooperate with each other across borders, to find ways of mutual assistance in creating successful ventures, and to discuss the challenges of startup ecosystems development in Africa. It is also the opportunity to meet high profile entrepreneurs from the Moroccan and African Diaspora around the world.

StartUp Africa Summit aims to provide a welcoming networking environment in order to inspire entrepreneurs, let them share their experiences, foster cooperation and investment opportunities, and to connect stakeholders to startups.

The event will also host the Get In The Ring African Finals where 20 startups from 10 African countries will compete to stand head-to-head on the main stage, where the most promising startup will be crowned GITR African Champion. The winners will represent Africa at the World Finals taking place during the Global Entrepreneurship Congress and compete for up to 1 million euro in investment.

From Thursday through Saturday, we will host a program of mentorship, panels, workshops, and inspirational talks animated by personalities and leading experts in Africa and abroad.

2 Days of Mentorship: Selected startups from Morocco and Africa will get 2 days of mentorship from the best national and international mentors.

Conference Day: Speakers around the world will be on the stage, talking about startups, investments, top trends and ecosystem in africa and the whole world.
